2. Today, the Investigating Officer of this case has appeared personally in this Court.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 907 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 366(A), 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken the victim to make a reel of her.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2022.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th, Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 907 of 2022.

8. The petitioner will visit Muffasil Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
