A mobile phone was recovered by the police from coaccused Monu Yadav and Monu Yadav disclosed that he had purchased the same from this petitioner.

Considering the submission of the petitioner that only confessional statement of co-accused is there against the petitioner which is no evidence in the eye of law, a Bench of this Court had granted provisional bail and had called for case-diary. The case-diary also does not contain anything more than the aforesaid.
