Patna High Court CWJC No.7759 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 4, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order considering the fact that the District Compassionate Committee has the power to relax the age for appointment, as has been held by this Court in a judgment dated 28.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 6332 of 2017.
