Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No.83/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioners are father-in-law and mother-inlaw and there is allegation of firing on the deceased with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation against them and they have given information about the occurrence to the informant's family and taken the deceased to the hospital also but she later

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj PS Case No.83/19 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
