The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 494 of 2018 (Excise Case No. 1211 of 2018) for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 44 ltrs of liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
