====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against unknown miscreants was levelled by the informant that they have snatched the motorcycle and mobile phone at gun point. The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. He was apprehended in the instant case only on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2019 but, till date the petitioner has not been sent for T.I.P.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
