2. This is an application for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 218 of 2021 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai.

3. The lady has assigned the reasons in paragraphs 09 to 11 of the petition which read as follows:- "9. That the petitioner is staying at Lakhisarai with her 75% handicapped father and old mother suffering from several ailments and she had no sufficient means to attend the proceeding at Nawadah.

10. That the petitioner has no source of income and it is difficult to undertake long

11. That in the present case main party is the petitioner who is a lady is in an apprehension that her life story be ended at the hands of the O.P. therefore, present case is fit to be transferring at demanded place because the petitioner is a helpless lady and no one is ready to help her. "

4. In that background, since the husband has already appeared, this Court is inclined to transfer the files of Matrimonial Case No. 218 of 2021 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai.

5. Both the parties are free to appear in the proceeding either physically or through video conferencing.

6. Accordingly, M.J.C. No. 2329 of 2022 stands allowed.
