JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities not to take any coercive step against the petitioners for eviction from the shop in question pursuant to the letters dated 07.02.2018 and 09.03.2018 as contained in memo no. 984 and 1808 respectively issued by the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai (Respondent No. 3); and for connected reliefs.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it will suffice if the petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai

Patna High Court CWJC No.8478 of 2018 dt.26-06-2018 (Respondent No. 2) for redressal of their grievances, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2)for redressal of their grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
