Patna High Court CWJC No.14742 of 2024(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 particularly the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Hathua, to institute encroachment case and initiate proceeding under Bihar Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the encroachers particularly the Respondents No. 6 to 12 and remove the encroachment mad over the land bearing Khata No. 404, Khesra No. 2005, Area 4 Bigha 7 Katha 3 Dhur, which is a Gairmazarua land and is a pathway of villagers for their ingress and egress."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Hathua Circle, District-Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
