2. Learned counsel for the appellant-Bali Ram Tiwary submitted on instruction that before disposing CWJC No.5583 of 2022 on 21.07.2022, no notice has been issued to appellant-Bali Ram Tiwary. On this count the appellant has made out a case so as

Patna High Court L.P.A No.645 of 2022 dt.10-09-2025 2/2 to interfere with the Single Judge order dated 21.07.2022 passed in CWJC No.5583 of 2022 and it is set aside. CWJC No.5583 of 2022 restored on the file. Registry is requested to list CWJC No.5583 of 2022 before the concerned roster Bench. The Concerned roster Bench is requested to give priority in so far as disposal of CWJC No.5583 of 2022.
