The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner to assault the informant with Garasa and the injuries upon the informant are found to be grievous in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his payer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019 pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72008 of 2019(3) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 before the court of the learned C.J.M., Nawada. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
