The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant, Saroj Das, was fencing his land, at that time, eight persons named in the FIR including the petitioner came there and started to abuse him. At that time, Anil Das and Sonu Das started to cause assault through rod and farsa causing injury at his head. When Dinesh Das, cousin of the informant, rushed there to save him then Rajendra Das and Ranjit Das caused injury through sword at his

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, occurrence took place, in which, petitioner's side also sustained injury, regarding which, Singhwara P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 is instituted on the basis of Fradbeyan of petitioner. Moreover, while the petitioner is named in the FIR but no specific overt act has been attributed against her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) ith two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Darbhanga, in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
