2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 88/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1.890 kg of ganja was recovered from the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners have four criminal antecedents in which they are on bail and they are in custody since 21.07.2025. The petitioners undertake

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 88/2025 subject to the conditions:- a. The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance in Nawanagar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

b. Both the bailors will be close blood relative of the petitioners.
