This application for modification of order dated 19.07.2017 passed in Cr.W.J.C.No.1257/2016 to the extent that father's name of sole petitioner Akash Kumar be corrected as Late Rameshwar Prasad, which has wrongly been typed as Late Parmeshwar Prasad. The aforesaid discrepancy occurred, as in the writ application there was wrong typing.

Hence, correction is allowed.

Let the order dated 19.07.2017 passed in Cr.W.J.C.No.1257/2016 be corrected to the extent that father's name of sole petitioner Akash Kumar be read as

Patna High Court MJC No.2477 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 Late Rameshwar Prasad.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
