The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Suiya P.S.Case No.10 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. It appears that the dead body of a person was found lying, informant went there and identified the dead boy of his brother. He apprehends wife of Hira Marandi and Sukhdeo has caused murder of his brother and it further appears that later on during the investigation name of the petitioner transpired that he in conspiracy with the other accused has killed the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicon no incriminating material has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Banka in connection with Suiya P.S.case No.10 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
