The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhangaha P.S. Case No.60/2017 registered under Sections 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named seven persons and alleged that these two petitioners namely Sukat Ansari and Sanjur Ansari assaulted his brother Abndullah Dewan with iron pipe, causing injury on his head. His brother fell down after becoming unconscious.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017. The doctor found the injury on the head of Abndullah Dewan is simple

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29498 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 in nature. The case has been compromised.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that there is a case and counter case and and the injured Abndullah Dewan sustained simple injury, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No.60 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
