2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the election petition is not being decided by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) whereas election petition has been filed in the year 2022.

3. The Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) is directed to expedite the matter and dispose of the election petition as early as possible.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
