The alleged allegation is related to 02.02.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case, petitioners have prayed for anticipatory bail. On 08.08.2019, interim order was passed in granting interim protection. Petitioners had interim protection for the last two years. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties have amicably settled, therefore, the present petition do not survive for consideration.
