This is an application for modification of the order dated 05.03.2024 through which petitioner above named has been granted provisional bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Opposite Party No.2 has already solemnized second marriage with another person and living with newly husband at Kolkata, due to which, she has not appeared before this Court as well as the trial Court so the provisional bail granted to the petitioner may be confirmed in the light of the earlier order dated 05.03.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73930 of 2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73087 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 Accordingly, the trial Court shall verify the same and thereafter confirm the provisional bail of the above named petitioner subject to the following conditions as stated in para-6 of the order dated 05.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.73930 of 2023. Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
