The present petition has been preferred for a direction to implement the order dated 9.5.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17762 of 2013 by which direction was issued to take steps and conclude the proceeding under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act.
There is show cause on record filed by opposite party nos. 3 to 6.
Learned counsel for the State has taken this Court to
Patna High Court MJC No.2481 of 2017(6) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 para-13 of the show cause to show that the land is free from encroachment.
There is no rejoinder.
This Court is convinced that the order has been complied.
The contempt application stands disposed of.
