The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 05.05.2019, Sulendra Yadav, uncle of the informant, Babloo Yadav, along with Youjit Yadav @ Fukar (petitioner no. 2), Raj Kumari Devi and Chandani Devi having axe and Bhala in their hand came at his house and started to cause assault, in which, informant sustained head injury. When wife of the informant rushed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62330 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 save him then Raj Kumari Devi and Chandani Devi caused assault to her through lathi and by pelting bricks. At that time, Raj Kumari Devi and Chandani Devi snatched the gold chain from the neck of wife of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute occurrence took place, in which, petitioners' side also sustained injury, regarding which, Sikandra P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 is also instituted on the basis of Fradbeyan of petitioner no.1. Moreover, the injuries as found on the person of the informant are simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
