2. Sole petitioner i.e. petitioner no. 1 (Ajay Prasad) apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 332, 307, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith others abused and assaulted informant, who is police personnel, and other police party, due to which, informant sustained injury on his right shoulder & back of neck, whereas some other police personnel also sustained injury.
