JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 At the outset, counsel for petitioners seeks permission to make necessary correction in para of the application. Permission is granted and the same be done during course of the day.

This application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7191 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7191 of 2020, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to Corona

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33458 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.
