3. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara shall ensure that the maintenance amount awarded to the wife of the petitioner is duly paid to her with all arrears. This Court has been informed that the petitioner is an employee of the Civil Court, Bhojpur at Ara and he is making payment of maintenance. The same will be verified by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara and in case the payment is not being made, the same will be recovered by intimating this to the drawing and disbursing authority of the petitioner.
