2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application certain payments have been made. He submits that as per instruction, the petitioner has not been paid the entire dues.
3. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he has aggrieved by
Patna High Court CWJC No.22106 of 2012 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 error in calculation of the arrears of salary or if any of the grievance has not been addressed by the University, the petitioner may file representation before the University within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order.

In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the University will examine the record and pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
