The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No. 23 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 385, 387, 452, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner along with one Girdhari Yadav abused the informant, a lady aged about 72 years, demanded rangdari of Rs.10 lakhs and opened fire, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
