The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather he has been remanded in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been rotting in judicial custody since 16.06.2019.

Case No. 126 of 2019.
