2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parnadabar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(c), 41 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge 1st, Nawada.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
