2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 148 , 149, 447, 427, 504, 506, 341 , 323 , 354(B) and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.03.2023 , at about 1:30 A . M petitioner alongwith 3 other co-accused persons and 8 to 10 unknown persons armed with weapon and

No.71598 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/3 three nut were forcibly constructing the wall upon the land of informant and when the family members of the informant objected to do so, then all the accused persons assaulted the informant's side . It is further alleged that accused persons entered the house of the informant and looted cash and other ornaments of the informant.
4. It is submitted that due land dispute between the parties an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. The present case is counter blast of Triveniganj P . S. Case No. 113 of 2023 which was filed by one of the accused in Triveniganj P . S. case No. 117 of 2023 . Injury caused by this petitioner is found to be simple in nature by the doctor.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A . C . J . M., Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. case No. 117 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71598 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 3/3 Criminal Procedure.
