The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the official respondents to make for Payments of the petitioner's dues regarding Kishanganj District Pothiya Block Budhra Panchayat Yojana Code 054200409/LD/20186007 and yojna Code 0542004009/LD/20186684 and further to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has completed the work entrusted to him i.e., supply of approximately 1446 trip of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16025 of 2023(3) dt.20-03-2025 2/3 soil by tractor at the rate of Rs. 124.20/- per trip. The authorities have till date not paid the amount due to the petitioner. Learned counsel has further stated that the amount of Rs. 1,79,096/- is due to the petitioner and till date no amounts have been paid by the authorities.

4. In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent Nos. 3 to 5, it is specifically stated at Para Nos. 10 & 11 has held as under;

"10. That it is most humbly and respectfully stated and submitted that considering the abovementioned facts and circumstances in detail, the proposal to reopen of abovementioned two schemes on MIS portal of MNREGA has been sent to the State Level authorities Bihar Rural of Development Society (B.R.D.S.), Bihar Patna i.e. State Programme Officer, MNREGA, Bihar Rural (B.R.D.S.), Development Society Bihar Patna vide letter no 153, Dated 28.12.2022 so that material list may be generated and pending payment of abovementioned two schemes may be provided to the writ petitioner as per rules.

That it is most humbly and respectfully stated and submitted that reopen abovementioned of request abovementioned to two schemes on MIS portal of MNREGA has not been fulfilled by the state level authorities of Bihar Rural Development Society (B.R.D.S.), Bihar Patna and these respondents are still waiting for response of he state level authorities Bihar Rural of Development Society (B.R.D.S.), Bihar, Patna regarding abovementioned request."

5. Having regard to the above, the respondent No. 4 herein is directed to take necessary steps for opening of the MNREGA portal and permit the concerned Panchayat Rojgar

Patna High Court CWJC No.16025 of 2023(3) dt.20-03-2025 3/3 Sewak to upload the claims of the petitioner and make necessary payments of the amount due to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
