Petitioner is accused in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 349 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., does not speak anything against this petitioner. She also wants to live with the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
