2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No.54 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence when the informant came out for a walk, his brother and nephews suddenly attacked on him. Co-accused Sachidanand is alleged to have inflicted rod blow on the head of the informant. Petitioner is alleged to have gave farsa blow on the informant due to which he sustained injury. Co-accused Saroj assaulted the informant and snatched a chain made of gold from the neck of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Both parties are gotias and due to trivial dispute between them, an altercation took place. There was a free fight in which both sides got injuries. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2024. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents. Out of which, in three cases, the petitioner has been acquitted and in another case, he is on bail. The charge has already been framed. The petitioner is a Ward Member and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. vehemently oppose the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S.
