The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019 in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been taken into custody and the recovery of four live cartridges is also being saddled on his shoulder. It is further submitted that the petitioner has one other criminal antecedent, in which he is still in custody and he has been remanded subsequent to his arrest in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61962 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - II at Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case NO. 289 of 2019.
