Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. For the alleged recovery of only three cartridges, petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.05.2019.

Case No. 178 of 2019.
