JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, to expeditiously dispose off the pending application of the petitioner, filed for grant of arms license, which was filed long back on 12.6.2021.

Having regard to the limited grievance, raised by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, I deem it and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, to dispose off the aforesaid pending application of the petitioner dated 12.6.2021, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a
