The petitioner claims that he holds degree qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has certain grievance against the process of selection for the appointment of Assistant Professors. It does not appear from the pleadings in the writ application as to how the petitioner is aggrieved with the said process of selection. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is also participating in the process of selection. I do not find any reason to entertain this application in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13129 of 2017(5) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 the absence of locus standi on the petitioner having been established as there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner is participating in the process of selection. However the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the grievance before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, in appropriate proceeding.
