Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62697 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 In view of the fact that petitioner has already solemnized second marriage and his step for reconciliation has failed, as such, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if any compromise is reached between the parties, the learned court below shall consider the same while considering his application for regular bail.
