The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No.217 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is second attempt of anticipatory bail before this Court on the ground that some persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court and that cannot be a ground of anticipatory bail.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
