In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the judgment dated 09.04.2018 passed in CWJC no. 14646 of 2017 and other analogous cases and the respondents are directed to grant similar benefits of seniority and continuity in service to the petitioner, however

Patna High Court CWJC No.9873 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 without any monetary benefit for the period, during which the petitioner has not worked.

The writ petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
