In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the judgment dated 09.04.2018 passed in CWJC no. 14646 of 2017 and other analogous cases and the respondents are directed to grant similar benefits of seniority and continuity in service to the petitioner, however
