2. It appears that the police has already registered FIR being Baughat P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 under Sections 96, 351(2)(3) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita.

3. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is that the police is not properly investigating the case.

4. After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for allowing him to convert this writ application in Cr.WJC for purpose of seeking appropriate direction to the Investigating Agency.
