2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 83/2021, registered for offence under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on the false promise of marriage, this petitioner established sexual relation with informant and thereafter, refused to marry her.

4. The victim (informant), in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2024.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably
