ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Act to the notice within a period of the four weeks from today. On receipt of the objections the authority is directed to consider and dispose of the certificate case in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the objections filed.

2. The entire exercise shall be completed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.15388 of 2023(5) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing before any order is passed. The petitioner is free to raise all objections and the same shall be dealt in accordance with law. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
