In this case, the petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment.

The father of the petitioner, namely, late Kanhaiya Krishna Chandra Prasad, was a Homeopathic Doctor, he died on 5.5.2012. After death of his father, the appointment was offered to his youngest son, namely, Abhishek Kumar but, he refused to accept the same on the ground that he is pursuing his study. After five years, the present petitioner, who is the second last, applied

Patna High Court CWJC No.10122 of 2018 dt.06-09-2018 2/2 for the compassionate appointment but, the same was not considered on account of the fact that he has not supplied the desired document and, as such, his case remained pending and no conclusive decision has been taken.

The petitioner, if so advised, may supply the documents as have been mentioned in different letters addressed to his mother, namely, Sandhaya Devi, expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today, in failure to supply the required documents, in such circumstances, one way or the other, the authority must take a decision in the matter of appointment on compassionate ground.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
