2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of B.S.N.L. company's wire from a truck. The allegation against the petitioners is that they were loading the wire in the alleged truck.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrenders within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
