====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. Case No.555 of 2020 registered under Sections 323, 354(B), 452 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that besides the present case i.e. second case, the complainant/opposite party no.2 has also filed Babubarhi P.S. Case No.301 of 2020 against the petitioner and others with similar allegation.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67165 of 2022(3) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with C.R. Case No.555 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
