Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Brahmpur P.S. ase no. 240 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366A of the of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case and that it is a case of love affair between Sunil Mushar (petitioner) and the alleged victim. The learned APP for the State, referring to various paragraphs of the case diary, has submitted that during investigation, material has come against the petitioner. The victim has still not been recovered.
