JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents for granting arms license/transferring Licence No. 02 of 1993 standing in the name of his father Sharif Raut @ Sharif Gaddi in respect of D.B.B.L. Gun No. 07280-50 made in Czecholosvakia in favour of the petitioner and for extending its validity within territory of Bihar, since his father has grown old, is ailing and is aged about 70 years.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner for transfer of arms license

Patna High Court CWJC No.21291 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 standing in the name of the father of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
