2. The affidavit filed on behalf of learned counsel for the State is taken on record.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 708 of 2023 registered for the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42363 of 2024(10) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Out of 13 witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the seriousness of the offence, it is expected that the trial is expedited by the Court below.

6. In view of the fact that the trial is going on, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, these applications stand dismissed.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali will ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial on the dates fixed.
