The petitioner seeks payment of differential amount of PF amounting to Rs. 169863/- with admissible interest. He submits that under the Provident Fund amount, he has received only Rs. 226262/- whereas he ought to have received Rs. 396125/- and hence claims for differential amount of Rs. 169863/- with up-to- date interest.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.4, the District Provident Fund Officer, Muzaffarpur to look into the claim of the petitioner and make
