1. The Petitioner is aggrieved with the judgment of acquittal dated 28.08.2012 by which the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan, has acquitted Opposite Party Nos.1 to 8 in Cr. Appeal No.23 of 2011 and set aside the judgment and order of conviction dated 12.05.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Siwan, in Complaint Case No.1834 of 2000/Trial No.2627 of 2011.
